VidSage is a digital product delivered through a Chrome extension and related online services. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Access to free features is available after account creation and email verification. Access to paid digital features is typically activated after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

In some cases, paid access may take a short time to appear due to payment verification, webhook processing, or temporary service delays.

If your paid access is not activated after a successful payment, contact us with your account email and payment reference at support@vidsage.tech.
