Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: March 18, 2026

VidSage is a digital subscription service. Users may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges, proven technical billing errors, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email, payment date, payment provider, and transaction reference if available.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, banking network, or card issuer.
